Recipe for Healthy Berry Tart:
Ingredients for the crust:
- 2 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup almond oil
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
Ingredients for filling:
- 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp apple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Ingredients for topping
- 1 cup delishh frozen Berries - Blackberry + Raspberry + Blueberry
Method for the crust:
- Preheat oven to 180 C
- Grease the tart pan
- In a bowl, mix all the crust ingredients together until the mixture is well combined and sticky
- Lay the mixture in the tart pan evenly along the bottom and the sides
- Poke the crust with fork or toothpick to avoid the crust from forming bubbles
- Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove it and let it cool before adding the filling
Method for Filling and Topping:
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients together and mix well. Make sure no lumps are formed.
- Pour the mixture over the cooled down crust and spread it evenly
- Freeze it for half hour
- Top it with Delishh berries and enjoy!
