Healthy Berry Tart


Recipe for Healthy Berry Tart:  

Ingredients for the crust:

  • 2 cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup almond oil
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

Ingredients for filling:

  • 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp apple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Ingredients for topping

Method for the crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 C
  2. Grease the tart pan
  3. In a bowl, mix all the crust ingredients together until the mixture is well combined and sticky
  4. Lay the mixture in the tart pan evenly along the bottom and the sides 
  5. Poke the crust with fork or toothpick to avoid the crust from forming bubbles
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove it and let it cool before adding the filling

Method for Filling and Topping:

  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients together and mix well. Make sure no lumps are formed.
  2. Pour the mixture over the cooled down crust and spread it evenly
  3. Freeze it for half hour
  4. Top it with Delishh berries and enjoy!
